The herbs from Olympus. Our farmers, George, Babis, Christos and Dimitris

At the foothills of Mount Olympus (Central Macedonia), near the mountain village Litochoro, there are ideal microclimatic conditions with its fertile soil for the agricultural production of herbs.
Greece is home to 45% of the world's plant species, is the sixth most biodiverse area and is home to 80% of the Balkans' biodiversity and> 50% of Europe's biodiversity.

Four farmers, George, Babis, Christos and Dimitris founded the cooperative and jointly grow the following medicinal and aromatic tea and spice herbs on an area of 40 hectares in accordance with the guidelines of the bkA:

Greek mountain tea - Sideritis Scardica
Oregano - Origanum Vulgaris spp. Shepherdess
Thyme - Thymus vulgaris
Mint - Mentha Piperita
Sage - Salvia Triloba
Lemon Balm - Melissa Officinalis
Rosemary - Rosmarinus Officinalis
Basil - Ocimum basilicum
