General information One of the northernmost olive groves in Greece. The variety thrives almost exclusively in this region. Ladopetra is a family owned olive oil farm that is now in the
3rd generation produced and produced exclusively organically. They own 5000 trees, harvest the olives by hand, individually and only directly from the tree, and press them on the day of harvest. It's cold-pressed and unfiltered, so it's better to eat it raw shortly after it's made to fully appreciate its special character.


Production capacity approx. 40 tons


Organoleptic properties A fruity olive oil with a round taste. Golden color with green reflections, aromas of artichoke and asparagus. Good body, slightly bitter with characteristic polyphenols, pleasant aftertaste.
