The real sage comes from the Mediterranean. It thrives
best on calcareous, stony and dry soil and loves the sun.
So ideal conditions for its growth here in Greece.


Spicy in taste, sage is used in fatty meats, roast rabbits
and rabbits and pasta dishes.
Depending on your preference, you can combine the
Greek sage with laurel, thyme, rosemary and oregano.


The Greek sage is also infused as tea here in Greece.
